General provisions
    1. These Terms and Conditions are a model contract and set out the technical terms and conditions and the manner in which the Service Provider will provide Services to the Client electronically, as well as the rules for the use of the Site.
    2. The Regulations are made available to the Client free of charge through the Site, which ensures that the Client is familiar with them before the optional (voluntary) completion of the Registration Form.
    3. The Terms and Conditions are made available in a form that allows its downloading, recording, saving and printing. In order to use the Services provided by the Service Provider through the Website, it is necessary to read and accept these Regulations in advance.
    4. Terms and Conditions - this document, determining, among other things, the terms and conditions for the use of content and Services provided by the Service Provider electronically.
    5. Privacy Policy - defines the manner of data processing on the Site, including cookies. Cookie Policy - defines the manner and rules for the use of cookies, including their storage on the Service Recipient's device and gaining access to them on the Site.
    6. RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 94/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1).
    7. Personal data - according to the RODO means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by means of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person.
    8. Processing - under the DPA means an operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, viewing, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, matching or linking, restricting, erasing or destroying.
    9. Profiling - under the RODO means all forms of automated processing of personal data that may use personal data to evaluate certain personal factors of an individual, in particular to analyze or predict aspects of that individual's performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement. Also, this means, among other things, processing aggregated data for statistical purposes. The Service Provider performs profiling only on the basis of aggregated data for groups of Service Recipients. It does not carry out profiling of a specific identified Service Recipient under any circumstances.
    10. The technical requirements for using the Services are as follows:
        a. Connection to the Internet,
        b. Web browser (of a standard equivalent to Internet Explorer 8 or higher version, Firefox 3.X or higher, Opera 10.x, Chrome 11.x or higher, Safari 5.x),
        c. Screen resolution - min. 1024x800,
        d. d. Javascript and Cookies enabled,
        e. Email account,
        f. Microsoft Word 2007 or later is recommended for viewing documents made available through the Service (documents can also be viewed in any other program that opens .docx format files).
    11. If the Client uses hardware or software that does not meet the technical requirements, the Service Provider does not guarantee the correct functioning of the Site and stipulates that this may adversely affect the quality and possibility of providing the Services.
    12. When using the Service`s resources, it is prohibited to use viruses, bots, worms or other computer code, scripts or programs that may in any way compromise the Service`s collections or technical infrastructure or otherwise allow unauthorized use or access.
    13. The Service Provider informs, and the Client acknowledges, that the use of the Internet may involve risks in the form of damage that the Client may suffer as a result of threats occurring on the Internet, in particular hacking into the Client's computer system, interception of passwords by third parties, infection of the Client's computer system with viruses.
